FAQ
You can receive a game ticket with a qualifying in-store purchase at any participating KENT location during the Game Period, while supplies last.
For online orders, tickets are issued in-store. Please present your order confirmation email or receipt at the customer service desk to collect your ticket.
To qualify, make a minimum purchase of $50.00 before tax in a single transaction. Limit of one (1) game ticket per customer, per day.
You can also obtain a game ticket without making a purchase by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "KENT Golden Giveaway”, P.O. Box 3009 M.I.P., Markham, ON, L3R 6G4. Requests must be received by April 22, 2026. Limit one (1) game ticket per request; one (1) request per outer mailing envelope; maximum one (1) request per day during the Game Period
PINs are 8-digit alphanumeric codes (format: AB1234CD). Each PIN you enter will provide you with ballot entries for a chance to win our sweepstakes prizes.

Shop In-Store
Visit a participating KENT location and spend at least $50 before tax in one transaction.
Get Your Game Ticket
Receive one (1) game ticket from the cashier at checkout (maximum of one per day, per customer).
Create Your Game Account
If you haven’t already registered, visit KentWin.ca and create your free game account.
Enter Your PIN
Sign in to your account and enter the unique PIN found on your game ticket to receive one (1) game play.
Each qualifying purchase of $50 before tax earns one (1) game ticket per receipt, up to the daily limit. Be sure to keep your ticket until you’ve entered your PIN online.
No Purchase Entry
You can request a game ticket without making a purchase by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “KENT Golden Giveaway,” P.O. Box 3009 M.I.P., Markham, ON, L3R 6G4. Requests must be received by April 22, 2026. Limit one ticket per request, one request per envelope, and one request per day during the Game Period.
There are three exciting ways to play and win:
Instant Win Game
Carefully scratch the Instant Win box on your game ticket. You may reveal an Instant Win message and find out right away if you’ve won a prize.
Play Online
Scratch the Play Online box to reveal your unique Personal Identification Number (PIN).
Enter your PIN at KentWin.ca to participate in the Online Sweepstakes and for a chance to win additional prizes.
Play for Your Community
After entering your first PIN, you’ll have the opportunity to nominate
your preferred community organization or charity. At the end of the promotion,
the organizations with the most nominations will be selected. Your participation
helps support local communities through this special initiative. The charity
with the highest number of votes will receive a $50,000 donation.
From Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. AT to Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. AT
(the “Community Voting Period”), entrants may visit www.kentwin.ca, follow
the instructions to register or log in, and cast a vote for one (1) Community
Group Finalist of their choice. Limit of one (1) vote per person per day
during the Community Voting Period. Voting is free, and no PIN is required to vote.
Log in and access your ballots
Enter your PIN to receive your ballots.
Assign ballots to a prize pool
Use the + or – buttons to allocate each ballot to the prize pool of your choice.
Submit your assignments
Once all pending ballots have been assigned, click CONTINUE to complete the process.
Access unassigned ballots later
If you didn’t assign your ballots immediately, you can still do so later:
- Any unassigned ballots will automatically be added to your total the next time you enter a PIN.
- To assign ballots, simply allocate them as needed and click Continue to proceed.
Bring your winning ticket and product to the register
Make sure you have both the ticket and the product you won ready to show at checkout.
Present your ticket
Hand your winning ticket to the cashier. The ticket must be surrendered to complete the redemption process. Please be sure not to forget to detach the instant prize portion of your ticket and enter the PIN to play online.
Check product details
The product you bring must match the size and type indicated on your winning ticket. Only the specific item listed on the ticket is eligible.
Receive your prize
Once your ticket and product have been verified, you’ll receive your prize. Enjoy your winnings!
Important tip
Keep your ticket safe until redemption, as it is required at the time of pickup.
Bring your winning ticket to the register
Make sure you have your winning ticket ready when you check out.
Present your ticket
Hand your ticket to the cashier to apply your instant discount. The ticket must be surrendered to complete the redemption.
Meet the minimum spend
Ensure your purchase meets the minimum spend requirement for your discount:
- $10 off a purchase of $100 or more
- $20 off a purchase of $200 or more
- $30 off a purchase of $300 or more
Receive your discount
Once the ticket is verified and your purchase meets the minimum spend, your discount will be applied. Enjoy your savings!
Important tip
Keep your ticket safe until checkout, as it is required to claim your instant discount. The discount must be used in-store only.
Follow the instructions on your winning game ticket
Your ticket will include a Deposit and Security number needed for redemption.
Visit AirMiles.ca/deposit
Go to the website listed on your ticket to enter your numbers and deposit your prize.
Enter your Deposit and Security number
Carefully input the numbers exactly as shown on your ticket to ensure a successful deposit.
Complete the process
Once your numbers are entered, your Air Miles will be deposited into your account.
Keep your ticket safe
Hold onto your winning ticket until the deposit is confirmed, in case verification is needed.
A CSRF token message appears when a security check fails. Please refresh the page and try again or log out and log back in to continue.

Online Sweepstakes drawn winners are contacted via the email or phone number used at registration.
